Cancellation Policy

****IMPORTANT**** Starting May 9, 2022, a $25 deposit, non-refundable, will be required to secure your appointment. The $25 deposit will go towards your service (s). Remaining balance is to be paid at the appointment at the time of service. Nail Appointment Cancellation Policy To ensure fairness to all clients and protect my time as a nail technician, the following cancellation policy is in place: Deposits All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe will allow your deposit (non-refundable) to be transferred to a new appointment date (one time only). You are allowed to Reschedule only one time with same deposit within 14 days. Any rescheduling over 14 days will require a new deposit. If you have to cancel or reschedule again after an appointment has already been rescheduled, then a new deposit will be required to secure the appointment. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book again. No-Shows Clients who fail to show up without notice will forfeit their deposit. If you book again, you will be required to pay in full, 100%, of the new appointment. After 2 No-Shows, you will be banned from booking. Late Arrivals A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may be canceled or shortened. If appointment is canceled, you will forfeit your deposit and a new deposit and appointment will be required. If appointment is shortened, you may be charged the full total for the service. Emergencies I understand that emergencies happen. Please communicate as soon as possible, and exceptions may be considered at my discretion.
