When will my order ship?

​

Nail Muse Products & Co orders are processed, shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 8 AM - 5 PM). For security reasons, Nail Muse Products & Co will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

 

Once your order has been successfully processed and ships out, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number.

Do you ship outside of the United States? How much does shipping cost?

 

  • Nail Muse Products & Co delivers nationwide (United States) only. We do plan to expand our services and products worldwide. Please check back in the near future for updated shipping destinations.

My order shipped, when will it arrive?

 

Nail Muse uses USPS as its main shipping carrier. Due to slower transit times, we estimate shipping to be:

  • 3 - 5 business days for Express

  • 5 - 7 business days for flat rates (free shipping on orders over $150)

 

Shipping times are estimates and will depend on the place of delivery of the order and the deadlines established by the transport companies.

What payment methods do you take?

 

Products will be paid through the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card (Visa, Master, Discover, Amex, Diners, etc.)

  • Apple Pay

  • Affirm (Buy Now Pay Later)

Payments will be processed through our payment processor Wix Payments and Affirm. The customer must pay the product price stipulated in the order before the product is shipped. Payment will be charged to the customer's credit/debit card immediately after placing the order for the products purchased. In the case of selecting Affirm as payment method (Buy Now Pay Later), the payment and credit conditions will be established by Affirm. Once the transaction has been processed, we will send an electronic receipt of the transaction to the customer's email address.

What is your return policy?

 

Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, that is why we do returns, exchanges and refunds, if the customer is not satisfied with our products. Purchases made on our website can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that if 14 days have passed since delivery of the product, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

 

Important: The following products are non-returnable:

 

  • Products on sale and purchased with promotional codes or based on a promotion or contest are non-refundable.

Returns are only made once the product has arrived at its destination and has been received by the purchaser, no returns are made on products that are in transit for delivery or have not yet been delivered and items must be in their original condition (unopened, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged).

How can I change my order?

 

Nail Muse Product & Co reserves the right to deny any changes to an order after an order had been placed and confirmed, and we will not assume responsibility for any error (s) in a placed order at checkout and after order confirmation.

Yes. Our acrylics powders are with high quality ingredients which allows them to be used with universal monomers without compromising the integrity of the the powders.
